- Your request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Gift cards or downloadable items (if offered in the future).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Email us at support@saphirionlineshopping.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

- Include your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
5. Return Shipping
- If the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping costs.
- If you’re returning the item for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Processing Your Refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange for a different color or variant, please request a refund and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
