1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Gift cards or downloadable items (if offered in the future).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Email us at support@saphirionlineshopping.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.


4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  2. Include your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping costs.
  • If you’re returning the item for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


6. Processing Your Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange for a different color or variant, please request a refund and place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
